Award of options

Roxi, the Central Asian oil and gas company with a focus on Kazakhstan, and its Remuneration Committee are pleased to announce that on 25 September 2014, 12,200,000 new options were granted exercisable at 20p, a 17.6% premium to the closing mid market price on 24 September 2014. This is the first award of options since 2011.

The recipients include Directors of the Company as follows:

 Kuat Oraziman        3,000,000 
 Kairat Satylganov    3,000,000 
 Edmund Limerick        750,000 
 

The options are issued subject to the rules of the 2008 Share Option Scheme. They are not exercisable, unless otherwise provided for in the rules of the scheme, for three years. The options will be capable of exercise for a period of 10 years from their grant.

Following the grant of these new options there will be 54,662,306 options in issue. The total number of shares in issue is 843,589,452
