Result of General Meeting and Completion of Disposal
Armour Group plc announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at its general meeting today were passed.
The disposal of Armour Home Electronics Limited and other operating subsidiaries, as detailed in the notice of general meeting dated 18 July 2014, to AHE 100 Limited, has completed. As a result of the disposal, George Dexter has resigned from the Group's board with immediate effect.
