21 May 2014: Auhua Clean Energy Plc (AIM: ACE) ("the Company" or "Auhua"), the AIM quoted environmental technology group, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the 12 months ended 31 December 2013 has been posted to shareholders today and will be uploaded on the Company's website http://www.auhuacleanenergy.com/.
The Company will hold its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 11 June 2014 at 11am at the Brunswick Group office, 16 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London, WC2A 3ED.
