Result of General Meeting and Completion of Disposal
Armour Group plc announces that the ordinary resolution put to shareholders at its general meeting today was passed. It is thus expected that the disposal of Armour's automotive division, including the Nordic subsidiaries, to AAMP of America will complete on 31 March 2014.
