Result of EGM
20 February 2014: The directors of Auhua Clean Energy Plc (AIM: ACE), the environmental technology group, are pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 20 February 2014 (the "Resolutions") were duly passed.
Further to the Company's announcement on 27 January 2014 and following the passing of the Resolutions, the Company expects to enter into definitive agreements with Ziolar Pte Ltd by 1 March 2014.
