PDMR/DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company was today notified that on 14 March 2013, Roger Cagle and Cynthia Cagle, both Executive Directors of the Company, each made gifts to charity of 557,892 and 335,400 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of GBP0.05 each ("Shares"), respectively (together, "the Gifts") for nil consideration. The Gifts were received by the Roger and Cynthia Cagle Family Foundation Limited, a charity registered in England and Wales.

Following these transactions, which represent 0.27% of the issued share capital of the Company, Roger Cagle and Cynthia Cagle, who are connected persons to each other, are jointly interested in 7,998,261 Shares, which represents 2.41% of the issued share capital of the Company and 1,169,700 Share options.

Roger Cagle holds 162,714 Shares personally and is also interested in 4,920,585 Shares held by C Minor Limited, a connected person to Mr Cagle.

Cynthia Cagle holds 110,923 Shares personally and is also interested in 2,804,039 Shares held by C Major Limited, a connected person to Ms Cagle.
