Further to the Company's announcements of 25 May 2012 and 28 June 2012, relating to the issue of GBP65 million convertible bonds due 2016 (the "Convertible Bonds"), Sportingbet announces that the Convertible Bonds have today been admitted to the Official List of the Financial Services Authority and to trading on the Professional Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange plc.
