The Company announces that it has purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 85.0 pence per share and transferred them into treasury.
The Company now holds a total of 1,411,980 new ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 4,601,500.
