Director PDMR Shareholdings
Mothercare plc announces that the first tranche of the deferred bonus, awarded
in June 2009, was released to the following participants on 18 June 2012. The
bonus deferred in respect of each individual was converted into shares and held
by the Employee Share Trust at the time of deferral at a price of GBP5.57 per
share.
The share options listed below were exercisable by each of the participants with
effect from 18 June 2012.
On 18 June 2012 the following executives exercised options and sold and retained
shares as follows:
