Churchill China plc (the "Company") was notified today that on 15 June 2012 Alan McWalter, Non-Executive Director, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 310p per share. The shares will be held in the name of his wife, Claire McWalter.
As a result of this transaction, Alan McWalter has a beneficial interest in 5,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the voting share capital of the Company.
