Statement Re: Director Changes
AREOF announces that Louis Plowden-Wardlaw stepped down as a director of the Company effective yesterday. AREOF also announces that Robert Brown has decided to step down as a director of the Company effective 21 June 2012.
Both Louis Plowden-Wardlaw and Robert Brown have been directors of the Company for over 5 years. The Board wishes to thank them for their valued service during this period.
