Total Voting Rights
On 29 May 2012 Borders & Southern (AIM: BOR) issued 33,892,000 shares in connection with the placing announced on 26 April 2012. In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that, as at 29 May 2012, the issued ordinary share capital of the Company consists of 484,098,404 shares with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinary share). The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury at the date of this disclosure.
The above figure can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules
