SThree plc ("SThree" or the "Company") announces that on 25 May 2012, it purchased for treasury 170,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 290.50 pence per share. The highest price paid was 290.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 290.50 pence per share.
This represents 0.14% percent of the issued share capital of the Company.
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, following this purchase, there are 2,040,376 shares held in treasury and the total number of voting rights in SThree is 120,967,203 ordinary shares of 1p each
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, SThree under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
