Result of General Meeting
At the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, both resolutions were duly passed. Consequently, further to the announcement dated 26 April 2012, 33,892,000 new Ordinary Shares to be issued pursuant to the Placing, are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 29 May 2012.
