Scrip Dividend Declaration
The Company announces that 242,967 ordinary shares of 10 pence each (the "Shares") have today been issued from treasury to shareholders who have elected to receive Shares instead of cash in respect of the second interim dividend for the year ended 31 December 2011.
Elections pursuant to the scrip dividend scheme were received in respect of 47.16 per cent of the Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) at the record date of 13 April 2012.
The Company now has 20,830,484 Shares in issue, of which 94,911 Shares are held in treasury. Accordingly, the number of voting rights in issue is now 20,735,573 and this figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
