ALLOTMENT OF SHARES
Henderson International Income Trust plc (the "Company") announces that it has allotted 100,000 new Ordinary shares at a price of 94.25p per Ordinary share under its block listing facility.
The total number of Ordinary shares in issue is now 45,225,000.
Each share has one vote; therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 45,225,000.
The above figure (45,225,000) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Henderson International Income Trust plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
