The Board of Speymill Macau Property Company plc (the "Company") announces that on the 16 May 2012 the Company purchased 10,000 of its own ordinary shares of US$0.10 nominal value at a price of US$ 0.83 per share in the market, and on 18 May 2012, the Company purchased 25,000 of its own ordinary shares of US$0.10 nominal value at a price of US$ 0.83 per share in the market, such shares to be held in treasury.
The purchase represents 0.032% per cent approximately of the shares in issue. After the purchase there remains 107,125,910 shares in issue excluding the 703,000 ordinary shares held in treasury.
The above figure of 107,125,910 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
