Board Change
Green Compliance announce that Kevin Lacey (Group Sales and Marketing Director) is leaving the Company and resigning from the Board with effect from 1(st) June 2012. The board will not be recruiting a replacement.
Group responsibility for sales and marketing will pass to the CEO John Prowse who has a proven track record in this area and will incorporate these responsibilities into his existing role. The Board is grateful to Kevin for his two years constructing a solid national sales platform which is being used to drive organic growth across the Group's three divisions focused on the UK compliance markets of water treatment and hygiene, fire protection and pest control and pest prevention.
Commenting, John Prowse, Chief Executive Officer of Green Compliance, said:
"I would like to thank Kevin for all his efforts in helping to build a consolidated sales platform across the three divisions. With that work now fully implemented I am excited about leading the drive for the next stage of organic growth across the business.
The core demand for our services is driven by regulation and the three markets of water hygiene, pest control and fire protections are still highly fragmented with high levels of non-compliance.
We will concentrate on sector specific campaigns and cross selling between the divisions through our highly skilled and experienced staff."
The Group will be announcing its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2012 in June 2012.
