Tesco Personal Finance plc have published Final Terms dated 2 May 2012 (Final Terms) which should be read in conjunction with the Offering Circular dated 16 August 2011 as supplemented by a supplementary offering circular no. 1 dated 11 November 2011 and a further supplementary offering circular no. 2 dated 27 April 2012 (together, the Offering Circular) in respect of their GBP2,000,000,000 Euro Note Programme.
This announcement constitutes the Final Terms Confirmation Announcement referred to in the Final Terms and must be read in conjunction with the Offering Circular and the Final Terms.
