Appointment of Director
Northern Bear is pleased to announce the re-appointment on 11 May 2012 of Keith Soulsby as an Executive Director to the Company. Keith was previously a Director of Northern Bear for in excess of four years between 19 April 2007 and 23 September 2011. As disclosed previously, he is the founder and current managing director of Wensley Roofing Limited.

Mr. Soulsby was a director of the Floor Joist Company (Northern) Limited, which was dissolved via voluntary strike off on 29 November 2011. Mr. Soulsby was also a director of Prosafe Consultants Limited, which was dissolved via voluntary strike off on 18 January 2011. Mr. Soulsby was a director within 12 months of Hastie D.Burton Limited entering Creditors Voluntary Liquidation on 13 May 2011, having resigned as a director at the time it was sold by the Company.
Mr. Soulsby is currently interested in 730,481 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 4.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital trading on AIM. The 730,481 Ordinary Shares consists of 232,661 Ordinary Shares held by Wensley Roofing Ltd Directors Pension Scheme of which Mr. Soulsby is a beneficiary and 497,820 Ordinary Shares held by Mr. Soulsby and his spouse.
