VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited Director Shareholding VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited(the "Company") today announces that on 11 May 2012, Mr. Andy Ho, a Managing Director of VinaCapital Investment Management, the investment manager of the Company, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares of USD1.00 each ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of USDD1.58 per ordinary share. As a result of this transaction, Mr. Ho's interest of 190,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, represents 0.059 percent of the Company's total voting rights.
