Conversion Rate for 2011 Final Dividend
Further to the preliminary announcement of annual results released on 20 March 2012, the Directors of Hochschild Mining plc ("the Company") have determined that the exchange rate to be applied to the 2011 final dividend is US$1:GBP0.61734.
Accordingly, the sterling equivalent of the 2011 final dividend is 1.852 pence per Ordinary Share which will be paid on 29 May 2012 subject to shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 23 May 2012.
