Block Listing Application
The Company announces that it has made an application to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 1,152,500 new ordinary shares which may be issued under the General Corporate Purposes Scheme.
Shares may be issued under this facility for general business purposes, in accordance with the Company's investment policy and subject to guidelines laid down by the Board, at prices not less than the net asset value per share (cum income and diluted if applicable). The shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
