Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc ("JLT") - Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with provision 5.6 of the Transparency Directive we would like to notify the market of the following:
It is confirmed that the issued share capital of JLT has increased by 67,374 shares. Consequently, at 30 April 2012, the issued share capital of JLT consists of 218,348,977 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights. JLT currently holds 1,143,131 Treasury shares.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in JLT is 218,348,977.
The above figure (218,348,977) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
