The following notification is made in accordance with the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.
As of today's date, the issued share capital of Centamin plc with voting rights is 1,101,397,381 ordinary shares.
Centamin does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Centamin PLC is 1,101,397,381.
The above figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, Centamin PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
