Luxembourg/Portugal - 27 April 2012- Espírito Santo Financial Group S.A. (" the "Company") (NYSE Euronext Lisbon: ESF; Bloomberg: ESF PL; Reuters: ESF LS) confirms, in compliance with Luxembourg Law of the 24 May 2011, that at its Annual General Meeting held at its registered office at 21/25 Allée Scheffer, L-2520 Luxembourg on 27 April 2012 with 22.93% ( 47,486,232 shares) of its share capital represented, all resolutions presented to the vote were approved with no votes against.
