BREWIN DOLPHIN HOLDINGS PLC (- CANCELLATION OF 314,611 ORDINARY SHARES OF 1 PENCE EACH ADMITTED TO TRADING UNDER THE SENIOR EMPLOYEE MATCHING SHARE PURCHASE SCHEME ("SEMP") DECEMBER 2004 GRANT
The Company has a number of share option schemes, one of which, the SEMP December 2004 grant, has now expired, as such 314,611 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence are being removed from the Company's existing blocklisting.
Brewin Dolphin's capital as at today remains unchanged, a total of 247,683,973 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Brewin Dolphin is 247,683,973.
The figure of 247,683,973 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Brewin Dolphin under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
