Deferred Incentive Share Option Grants
The Company announces that on 20 April 2012, it granted options to Executive Directors over a total of 11,608 Ordinary shares of 5 pence ('Ordinary Shares') each pursuant to The Portmeirion Group 2010 Deferred Incentive Share Option Plan (the 'Plan'). Executive Share Option Grants
The Company announces that on 20 April 2012, it granted options to Directors and senior managers over a total of 55,500 Ordinary Shares pursuant to The Portmeirion 2002 Share Option Scheme (the '2002 Share Option Scheme'). The options are subject to the achievement of performance criteria as determined by the Remuneration Committee, and as required under the rules of the 2002 Share Option Scheme. The options granted on the 20 April 2012 are normally only exercisable if the average of the pre-tax, pre-exceptional earnings per share of the Group for each of the three years ending 31 December 2012, 31 December 2013 and 31 December 2014 exceed 70.33p being 113% of the pre-tax, pre-exceptional earnings per share figure for the year ended 31 December 2011.
