Pinnacle Technology Group plc (the "Company"), which was formerly known as Pinnacle Telecom Group plc, is pleased to announce that shareholders agreed to the Company's change of name proposal at the General Meeting which was held on 29(th) March 2012. The change of name was effective from the 4(th) April 2012.
The Directors also wish to announce that the Company intends to change its FTSE sector from Fixed Line Communications to Software and Computer Services, in line with its new stategy.
