FW Thorpe announces that on the 4(th) April 2012 its director, Mr. Peter Mason sold 2,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Disposal") at a price of 950 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the Disposal, Mr. Mason and persons connected with him remain interested in 162,637 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.39 per cent of the Company's issued share capital with voting rights.
This calculation is based on 11,723,559 being the total number of shares in issue with voting rights.
