Parity Group plc (the "Company")
Grant of options
In accordance with the requirements of D.T.R.3.1.2, the Company was notified on 4 April 2012 that the following Executive Director/PDMR of the Company have been granted options over a total of 450,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company at an exercise price of 26.25 pence per share (being the closing mid-market price on 3 April 2012) on 4 April 2012.
The options have been granted under the terms of the Parity Group 2009 Company Share Option Plan and the Parity Group 2009 Unapproved Company Share Option Plan both of which were entered into effect on 14 May 2009. The options are exercisable during the period from 4(th) April 2015 to 3(rd) April 2022 and shall expire after 10 years from the date of grant.
Following the above grant, the Company confirms that, as at the date of this announcement, each of the following Executive Director/PDMR hold the following total number of options and awards over ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company:
