Notice of adjustment to Conversion Price
The Company hereby notifies holders of the Bonds that as a result of the tender offer undertaken by the Company on 30 March 2012, an adjustment was made to the Conversion Price in accordance with Condition 5 (b) (iii) of the Bonds.
The adjusted Conversion Price is GBP6.10.
The previous Conversion Price was GBP6.48.
The adjustment to the Conversion Price was effected on 30 March 2012.
Capitalised terms used but not defined in this notice shall have the meanings given to them in the terms and conditions of the Bonds.
