Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Board of Brady is pleased to announce that the Company's annual report and accounts for the 15 months ended 31 December 2011 (the "Annual Accounts") have today been posted to shareholders who have not elected (or deemed not to have elected) to receive communications electronically. The Annual Accounts, along with the Company's notice of annual general meeting ("AGM"), are available to download from the Company's website at www.bradyexploration.com.
The AGM of the Company is to be held at the offices of Duane Morris, 2(nd) Floor, 10 Chiswell Street, London, EC1Y 4UQ on 9 May 2012 at 10.30am.
