Share Option Award to Director
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4(1)(a), SVG Capital plc (the "Company") announces that, on 22 March 2012, Lynn Fordham, a Director of the Company, was granted nil cost options over a total of 571,402 ordinary shares in the Company, subject to Part A of the terms of the SVG Capital 2007 Performance Share Plan. No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards. Subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions set by the Remuneration Committee of the Company, a portion of the awards are exercisable between 22 March 2015 and 21 March 2022 and a portion of the awards are exercisable between 22 March 2016 and 21 March 2022.
