Verdes Management PLC ("VMP")
Contracts secured by the Turnaround Specialist
Verdes Management plc (AIM: VMP), the specialist turnaround services provider, is pleased to announce that it has secured two mandates:
-- to advise on sourcing funds of circa GBP7m for a UK green tech company and provide strategic management support
-- to advise on sourcing funds of circa GBP1.5m to drive growth for a clean tech company
Alongside these mandates, VMP is also in advanced discussions to secure a number of other mandates and will update shareholders accordingly.
Commenting on the news, Adam Webb, Chief Executive of Verdes said: "This is a significant development for Verdes and results from the team's perseverance in securing these mandates.
We now feel that a pipeline of potential deals is developing for Verdes which are within our grasp and result from a number of initiatives we put in place some time back in relation to various UK plc's."
The Company will announce its results for the financial year ended 30 September 2011 on 29 March 2012.
