The board of Webis, the on-line gaming group, announces that Damon Waddington, Finance Director, will resign from the board with effect from 20 April 2012. Damon is leaving the Group to pursue a new opportunity and his responsibilities will be assumed by the other directors and the Group's financial controller, Chris Allen.
Denham Eke, Chairman of Webis said, "I would like to thank Damon for his valuable contribution over the last six years and wish him well for the future."
