Cambria announces that its 60% owned subsidiary, Celsys Limited, has issued the following Cautionary Statement on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange.
'The Directors of Celsys Limited wish to advise all shareholders that the company is currently engaged in discussions that may have a material impact on the value of the company's shares. Shareholders are requested to exercise caution when trading in the company's shares until such time as a full announcement is made.'
