The Company would like to advise that, on 6 March 2012 Rian Dartnell, Non Executive Director, bought 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of GBP3.62 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Dartnell has an interest of 20,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.074% of the Company's issued share capital.
