HomeServe 2008 Long Term Incentive Plan (the 'LTIP')
It is announced that Rachael Hughes, a PDMR, has been granted a Restricted Share Award over 269,542 ordinary shares under the LTIP.
No consideration was payable for the grant of the Award. The Award will vest in two year's time subject to continued employment.
