Environmental Recycling Technologies PLC ("ENRT" or "the Company") announces that it has received notification that on 28 February 2012, Ken Brooks, Executive Chairman, purchased 10,065,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.02 pence each. Following this transaction Mr Brooks holds 20,965,088 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 3.74 per cent. of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.
