Coms Plc, a provider of internet telephony services to business customers, announces that, following the announcement yesterday of his resignation as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, Justin Drummond has notified the Company that he has sold 6,342,230 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company. As a result, Justin Drummond no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
