Director's dealing
The Company was today informed that Mr. Graham Jennings, Operations Director of Northern Bear, became beneficially interested in a further 353,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following an acquisition made by his pension fund. The acquisition took place on 27 January and represents 1.98 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital. Mr. Jennings is now beneficially interested in 1,167,569 Ordinary Shares representing 6.56 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
