The Company announces that it was notified, on 30 January 2012, in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules that, following an acquisition of shares on 27 January 2012, HSBC Bank plc are now interested in 3,520,600 ordinary shares of 10p each, representing 5.09% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
