Exercise of Share Options
Borders and Southern Petroleum plc ("Borders & Southern" or "the Company") announces that the Company has today issued and allotted 200,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of options at an exercise price of GBP0.26. Application will be made for these new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 1 February 2012.
The revised total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 428,778,404.
