Change of Accounting Reference Date
The Company announces that it has changed its accounting reference date from 30 September to 31 December with immediate effect. As a result of the change of accounting reference date, the Company's reporting calendar will be as follows:
- Audited results for the 15 months to 31 December 2011, to be published by 31 March 2012.
- Unaudited interim results for the six months to 30 June 2012, to be published by 30 September 2012.
- Audited results for the 12 months to 31 December 2012, to be published by 30 June 2013.
Thereafter interim and annual reports will be published each year for the six months to 30 June and 12 months to 31 December in accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies.
