GEONG International Limited (AIM:GNG), a leading Internet software solutions
provider and operator for large enterprises in China, is pleased to announce
that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's annual general
meeting held earlier today were duly passed.
The Company expects to release its interim results for the six months ended 30
September 2011 on 20 December 2011. In the meantime, the Board refers
shareholders to the trading update released earlier today.
