Petrofac Limited (the "Company")
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.8.4, the Company has been notified by its Registrar that Rodney Chase, the Chairman of the Company, currently holds a total of 245,142,765 voting rights, representing 70.909 per cent of the voting rights of the Company.
These voting rights represent the number of proxy votes that the Chairman has been appointed to exercise in respect of the resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held at 10.30 am on Friday, 13 May 2011. These voting rights lapse immediately on the conclusion of the AGM and will return to their respective shareholders.
The Company's issued share capital consists of 345,715,053 Shares with voting rights. Each Share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any Shares in Treasury.
