Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 4 April 2011, it received notification that on the 1 April 2011, Stephen Ashcroft, an employee of the Company, sold 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15p per share.
Following this transaction, Stephen Ashcroft is now beneficially interested in 9,842,760 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.94% of the issued share capital of the Company.
