In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4(1)(a), SVG Capital plc (the "Company") announces that, on 25 September 2008,
Lynn Fordham, a Director of the Company, was granted nil cost options over a total of 999,999 ordinary shares in the Company, subject to
Part A of the terms of the SVG Capital 2007 Performance Share Plan. No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards. Subject to the
satisfaction of performance conditions set by the Remuneration Committee of the Company, the awards are exercisable between 25 September
2012 and 25 September 2018.
