Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, SVG Capital plc ("the Company") announces that its issued share capital
consists of 139,069,901 ordinary shares of 100p each with each share carrying the right to one vote.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 139,069,901.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required
to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
